Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a Full-Time Internal Medicine Physician in Abingdon, VA to join a nationwide wound care-focused group. The role emphasizes bedside wound management, autonomy and a predictable schedule with no nights or weekend responsibilities.

You will train in advanced wound care with physician trainers and work across multiple facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, typically treating 20–30 patients per day, with weekly rounds and real-time EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNF and LTACH).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Deliver care across a 40–60 mile radius with 2–3 facilities per day and 20–30 patients daily.
• Document clinically in real time at point of care using the proprietary wound EMR.
• No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities.
