Job summary

You will oversee day-to-day operations across inpatient and outpatient sites, drive budgetary objectives, quality initiatives and personnel development to deliver high-value care.

Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, lead performance improvements, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or leadership equivalent experience.
• Experience in budget management.
• Ability to develop strong team dynamics in customer-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance and compliance with patient safety initiatives and regulatory bodies.
• Collaborate with provider leadership to implement department strategies.
• Lead the achievement of goals and action plans to improve performance.
• Demonstrate cost-effective use of resources to meet financial goals.
• Develop and submit operating and capital budget requests.
• Participate in interdisciplinary committees.
• Create a culture for caregivers that supports safe, compassionate care.
• Hold caregivers accountable using patient satisfaction metrics.
• Serve as a liaison for providers and medical leadership.
• Oversee department HR including hiring, performance reviews, staff development/education.
