PAM Health Aiken is opening a brand-new rehabilitation hospital and seeks a Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) to lead clinical activities in the Center and drive healing outcomes. You will coordinate care, oversee staffing, and ensure high-quality patient experiences from day one.

Qualifikationen

• Provides documents or credentials of graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current Registered Nursing License; ACLS certification is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred; CPR certification maintained.
• Wound care certification preferred.
• Extensive wound care and HBO experience; prior supervisory experience required.

Aufgaben

• The Wound Care Clinical Coordinator (RN) coordinates clinical activities within the Wound Care Center, including organization, leadership, planning, implementing, evaluating and providing patient care; shares accountability for healing outcomes and patient satisfaction.
