Essential Responsibilities Include : Chronic wound management : Evaluation and assessment, diagnosis, treatment, including debridement of wounds and application of appropriate dressings.Gastric feeding tube replacement services.Communication with the patient s PCP, nursing staff, patient, and family members. Licenses / Certifications Required : Doctor of Medicine, Nurse Practitioner, Physician AssistantCurrent and valid board License / Certification from designated accredited medical board Knowledge / Ability / Skills : Wound care experience preferred but not mandatory.Surgical background preferred but not mandatory.Written and verbal communications skills (computer skills necessary)Bilingual is a plus.Ability to learn, teach and manage others.Be a team player. New graduates are welcome. We will provide training.
