Churchatthegrove is seeking a Production Director to lead worship production for all services and events. You will oversee technical, creative, and leadership aspects while developing strategic communication plans and coordinating graphics and media content.

As a senior contributor, you will manage volunteers, report to the Worship Pastor, and collaborate across campuses to ensure cohesive worship experiences and active church life involvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of church production or live-event experience.
• Certifications in lighting/audio are a plus.
• Must align with church vision and participate in church life.
