• Shepherd the choir, praise team, vocalists, and instrumentalists as one ministry.
• Recruit, develop, disciple, and encourage musicians and volunteers.
• Provide leadership for seasonal worship services and special events.
• Develop volunteer technology teams and collaborate with sound and livestream teams.
• Participate in staff meetings and ministry planning; provide pastoral care.
