The position requires a degree in ministry fields, 5–7 years of leadership experience in church settings, and ordination eligibility with a Southern Baptist body.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in music, theology, or related ministry field.
• Experience as a ministry leadership staff member (5–7 years preferred).
• Ordination from a Southern Baptist Church Body or eligibility.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision and strong initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the mission through worship service planning and execution.
• Select and prepare music for worship services.
• Plan and lead music for seasonal services, revivals, and conferences.
• Maintain musicians and vocalists; recruit/train volunteers.
• Manage rotating schedules for musicians, vocalists, and the media team.
• Conduct weekly rehearsals and oversee audio/visual systems.
• Recruit and maintain workers for sound and technology presentations.
• Develop and manage ministry budget in consultation with senior pastor and finance committee.
• Create or procure videos and other creative elements for Sunday services.
