Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead worship services in alignment with the church's mission.
• Schedule, communicate, and coordinate worship participants for services.
• Provide mentorship and development for worship volunteers and interns.
• Oversee worship rehearsals and sound/AV/Livestream elements as needed.
• Collaborate with Senior Pastor and staff to coordinate services with sermons and gospel focus.
• Assist in planning special services (Christmas Eve, Good Friday) when needed.
