Job summary

Hope Fellowship in Frisco, TX is seeking a Worship Leader to shepherd volunteers and oversee weekend, student ministry and special events services. You will provide musical leadership, service planning, and clear coordination across campuses to ensure engaging worship experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship in a church environment with strong vocal and instrumental proficiency.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple campuses and events.
• Comfort teaching and developing volunteers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Worship Service Planning (Weekend, Student & Special Events): Prepare services for assigned campuses, verify details, resources, and production notes.
• Worship Resources & Session Management: Create and distribute rehearsal sessions, upload MIDI files and supporting materials, ensure resources are accessible.
• Volunteer Communication: Send weekly communications to band, vocal, and music director volunteers; provide advance rehearsal materials and schedules.
• System & Administrative Oversight: Maintain planning documents, setlists, schedules, and workflows; manage resources and purchases.
• Collaboration: Work with Worship Pastors, Music Directors, Production, and Worship Leaders on song selection and service planning; ensure cross-campus consistency.
