Job summary

The Georgia Baptist Mission Board is seeking a gifted Worship Leader to guide our congregation in Christ-centered worship services. You will be responsible for planning and executing worship services, selecting music, and developing a team of volunteers.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a ministry setting, strong vocal abilities, and proficiency in an instrument. We value teamwork and a passion for worship that invites genuine participation.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with pastoral staff to plan and execute Sunday worship services and special events.
• Lead the congregation with excellence, creating an environment that invites genuine worship.
• Recruit, develop, and serve alongside worship volunteers with humility and grace.
• Prepare weekly by rehearsing, selecting music, and coordinating with volunteers to ensure a seamless worship experience.
