Job summary

Resurrection is seeking a Worship Experience Specialist at the Leawood campus to lead worship services, develop healthy volunteer teams, and guide guests and members on their journey toward deeper faith.

As a member of the Worship Team, you will oversee Sanctuary volunteers, manage scheduling software and registration, coordinate Holy Communion and Baptisms, support special events, and collaborate across ministry areas to create an exceptional worship experience.

Qualifications

• Positive and professional communication with a wide variety of people.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, and Word; data management experience.
• Knowledge of United Methodist denominational standards and practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Worship Experience Staff leader for all worship services.
• Develop and manage healthy Worship Experience/Guest Connection Teams and schedules.
• Oversee data management, scheduling, and registration systems for volunteer programs.
