Qualifications

• Proven worship leader with strong vocal ability and stage leadership.

• Organized and effective in planning and execution.
• Experience in a multi‑campus or large church setting preferred.
• Alignment with LifeFamily theology, mission, and values.
• Proficiency in Planning Center and common worship/production tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to campus worship leaders.
• Lead worship regularly at the Austin campus.
• Collaborate with Campus Worship Leaders on song selection.
• Oversee the development and coaching of vocal teams.
• Manage LifeFamily Worship projects and coordinate initiatives.
