Job summary

The Well Church in Boulder seeks a part-time Worship Director who loves Jesus and leads the congregation in theologically rich, Christ-centered worship. This role supports two Sunday services and partners with the lead pastor.

Based in Boulder, CO, the position is up to 20 hours per week with compensation between $22,000 and $26,000 annually. The candidate will recruit and develop musicians, plan worship, and oversee sound/tech volunteers to serve the church calendar and preaching series.

Qualifications

• Mature, growing Christian who can articulate sound doctrine.
• Able to lead a band from at least one instrument and to teach vocal harmony.
• A proven team builder who can spot and develop talent.

The Well Church in Boulder exists to advance Christ’s lordship for God’s glory and our good. We’re a Southern Baptist congregation gathering Sundays at 9:00 and 10:45 am at 300 S. Broadway, Boulder. We’re looking for a part‑time Worship Director who loves Jesus and His church and can lead our people in theologically rich, Christ‑centered worship.
