Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of ministry experience with proven worship strategies development.
• Vocal proficiency for leading music in large gatherings.
• Strong conflict management and conflict resolution skills.

• Understanding of music theory and ability to lead from keys or guitar.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary oversight to adult music and worship.
• Ensure passionate and excellent execution of worship and arts.
• Conduct scheduled rehearsals and maintain production value.
• Lead staff and manage department budget effectively.
