Job summary

Turning Point Church is seeking a Production Director to oversee the technical production of weekend worship experiences and church events. You will lead the AVL teams, plan production, and ensure the environments are distraction-free and mission-focused.

You will maintain audio, video, lighting, and related systems, while mentoring volunteers and collaborating with worship and ministry teams to build scalable production workflows across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of live production experience, preferably in a church or live-event environment.
• Strong understanding of front-of-house audio and monitor/IEM systems.
• Experience with RF and wireless systems.
• Knowledge of Allen & Heath dLive systems.
• Familiarity with Waves/SoundGrid.
• Lighting programming and operation experience, including MA systems.
• Experience with Blackmagic video systems.
• Ableton and playback-system experience.
• Understanding of Dante and production networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading and developing volunteer teams.

Turning Point Church is seeking a Production Director to oversee the technical production of weekend worship experiences and church events. This role is responsible for helping create excellent, distraction-free environments through audio, video, lighting, and other production systems.

The Production Director will also provide leadership and development for production volunteers while managing and maintaining AVL equipment across Turning Point Church locations.
