  • Own and maintain supply planning KPIs (e.g., weeks of cover, in‑stock rates, air mix, and EOL inventory).
  • Develop and maintain production schedules using capacity plans, material constraints, and demand forecasts.
  • Monitor demand changes and assess supply impact; communicate risks and gaps to stakeholders proactively.
  • Place weekly purchase orders to meet Global Allocation requirements in Amazon systems, collaborating with regional allocation planners.
  • Generate and distribute supply planning reports (air mix, WOC, in‑stock availability, etc.).
  • Support cost and risk mitigation efforts, including transportation mode optimization, inventory carrying cost reduction, and waste/scrap minimization.
  • Use AI‑powered analytics to surface supply chain insights and support more informed decision‑making.
  • Build and maintain automated solutions for routine planning tasks and reporting.
  • Leverage AI for scenario planning to accelerate and improve decision quality.
  • Apply data‑driven approaches to inventory and production optimization.
A Day in the Life

  • Leveraging AI to improve ways of working and to help drive speed and efficiency.
  • Making data‑driven decisions and effectively reporting on individual and team KPIs.
Basic Qualifications
