Job summary

Amazon is seeking a WW Supply Planning Manager in Hawthorne, CA to own supply planning from production forecasting to finished goods delivery. You will ensure optimal inventory levels and KPI performance across the portfolio of Ring products.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration, data‑driven decision making, and the ability to drive continuous improvement using AI tools. Strong Excel/SQL skills and a background in supply chain are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 3+ years defining improvements using data and metrics.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced Excel and SQL knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Execute production strategies across the product lifecycle and forecasts.
• Own and maintain supply planning KPIs and inventory targets.
• Develop and maintain production schedules using capacity plans.
• Monitor demand changes and communicate risks to stakeholders.
• Place weekly purchase orders to meet allocation requirements.
• Generate supply planning reports and support cost/risk mitigation.
• Leverage AI analytics for better decision making and scenarios.
