Job summary

Fusion Academy in the United States is hiring a World Languages Teacher for grades 4–12. You’ll shape schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with colleagues in a 1-to-1 private school setting.

You’ll differentiate instruction, support social-emotional development, and maintain accurate student records while contributing to campus life. A strong growth mindset and tech fluency are valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or teaching credential is a plus.
  • Ability to teach one or more languages from the listed options with curriculum and resources provided.
  • Experience working with students including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
  • Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.

As a World LanguagesTeacher, you’ll have the flexibility to shape your schedule, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues. What You’ll Do:
  • Teach in a truly personalized way — one student at a time.
  • Differentiate and personalize academic instruction and support social and emotional development in students ranging from 4th - 12th grades.

  • Keep student records accurate and organized.
  • Invest in your own growth through reflection, feedback, and ongoing professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or teaching credential is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to teach one or more of the following Languages: ASL, Spanish, French, Japanese, Italian, Hebrew, German, Mandarin, and Latin, following content standards — curriculum and resources provided.
  • Experience working with students, including those with learning differences, neurodiversity, accelerated learning needs, and/or mental health challenges.
  • Mentoring experience and a passion for social-emotional learning.
  • Outgoing, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, student-centered environment.
  • Skilled with technology, curious about innovation, and open to learning new tools.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A growth mindset with the flexibility to pivot and problem‑solve as needed.

Ability to teach more than one language. Spanish and French preferred.
