Job summary

Fusion Academy is a fully accredited 1-to-1 private school for grades 4–12. We seek a Spanish teacher to shape flexible schedules, design creative lessons, and collaborate with passionate colleagues.

You’ll differentiate instruction to support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth in a dynamic, student-centered environment. Responsibilities include teaching Spanish levels 1–5 with provided content standards, building parent partnerships, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or teaching credential is a plus.
  • Ability to teach Spanish courses levels 1–5 with provided curriculum.
  • Experience with diverse learners, including neurodiversity and mental health challenges.
  • Mentoring and strong social-emotional learning orientation.
  • Outgoing, adaptable, and growth-minded in a student-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Spanish one-to-one and personalize instruction for grades 4–12.
