Anne Arundel County Public Schools is seeking a Temp: World Language Exploratory Technician to support instructional planning and materials development for language programs. The role collaborates with classroom teachers and participates in planning sessions to enhance student learning in world languages.

The position requires adaptability to varying schedules, strong communication in English and the target language, and the ability to work with diverse student populations within a school

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in related field of education required.
Three years administrative experience within the related field required.
Bilingual/Biliterate in the target language preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborates with classroom teacher to plan and prepare lessons and instructional materials.
Collaborates with classroom teacher to establish learning objectives.
Uses instructional strategies to present subject matter to students.
Assists in evaluating student progress using appropriate assessment techniques.
Maintains a safe classroom environment and supports student learning.
