Job summary

The Paper Store is seeking sales associates to deliver world-class service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, explain products, and provide recommendations using the G.U.E.S.T. service approach.

You’ll process sales at the POS, stock shelves, and help maintain a clean, inviting store. Ideal candidates have a customer-service mindset, flexibility to work nights/weekends/holidays, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers and adapting to business needs.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Proficient in using POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and with enthusiasm.
