Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Omaha is seeking a Workwear Clothing Shop Manager for the retail team. You will deliver an exceptional customer experience by assisting with product selection and managing the shop inventory.

Lead sales, train associates, maintain displays, and ensure pricing accuracy and stock integrity while upholding safety standards. The role requires a HS diploma and flexibility for varied hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by seeking out and engaging with customers, going through the steps of the sale to determine their needs, recommending appropriate products, and promoting the Scheels Visa Credit Card.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in all selling areas, as well as lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Effectively maintain an organized backstock while ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensures their product is accurately displayed to customers through price tagging, sales stickers, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with other associates within the store, the Scheels Campus, and Vendors/Sales Representatives.
• Ensures their work area is clean, organized, and meets safety standards.
• Ability to perform basic math; perform operations using units of currency, measurements, and understand percentages.
• Ability to work assigned schedule; may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
