1-3 months of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding them through the sales process.
Maintain expert product knowledge and lead product training for other associates.
Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering quality customer experiences.
Manage inventory using internal reports and maintain organized backstock and floor displays.
Ensure merchandise is properly displayed with accurate pricing, signage, and tagging.
Present a professional appearance and collaborate with store teams and vendors.
