Job summary

Thrive has an established team for workstation builds. The primary responsibility for the Workstation Deployment Coordinator is the processing and scheduling of service requests within Thrive’s case system.

This includes collaboration with Thrive clients and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services. This role is open to the right entry level candidate, with potential to learn IT, dispatch, scheduling, and logistics while supporting deployment efforts and improving

Responsibilities

• Processing, scheduling, and coordination of workstation deployment requests.
• Coordinating with clients on collection of required build information and shipping of workstations to their destination.
• Coordinating deployment efforts with Workstation Deployment Center and other Thrive teams.
• Actively manage build queue for assigned Workstation Deployment Engineers.
• Maintain awareness on the status of the backlog and inform team leadership as needed.
• Assist in the escalation of tasks as needed.

• Maintain awareness on the status of the Workstation Deployment Center backlog and ensure team leadership is informed as needed.
• Assist in the escalation of tasks as needed.
