Job summary

Zwilling in Pleasantville, NY is hiring a Workshop Utility Assistant for a full-time, in-person role. You will help keep the sharpening workshop clean, organized, and compliant with quality standards.

Key tasks include operating the dishwasher, cleaning knives, and supporting outgoing orders with accuracy and care. Daily duties also cover assisting with the Knife Aid mailroom and other operations under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to operate dishwasher and assist with cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sharpening workshop throughout the day.
• Operate the Commercial dishwasher and ensure knives are cleaned properly.
• Serve as final quality control checkpoint for outgoing orders and verify items match customer orders.
• Assist with Knife Aid mailroom and other daily operations as needed.
