Role

This role involves working in a manufacturing environment performing various tasks related to general manufacturing responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and preparing adsorber vessels
  • Assembly and packing of adsorbers (pre-weld)
  • Final assembly and pressure testing of vessels
  • Preparing units for paint
  • Welding of adsorbers and other support components
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints/drawings for welding requirements
  • Performing TIG welding of steel, stainless steel, and copper components based on specifications
  • Welding assemblies and sub-components using GTAW (TIG) to meet quality standards
  • Possessing good knowledge of welding procedures and equipment
Qualifications
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work without constant supervision
  • Ability to use hand tools
  • Some computer skills required
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
Language Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret written documents and technical drawings
  • Respond professionally to inquiries
Physical Demands

Must meet physical requirements such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and using manual and power tools. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.

Wage

$26.00/hr
