Job summary

Stripe seeks a Workplace Strategy and Operations Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Real Estate Strategy and Transactions, Environments, and Experience, collaborating with stakeholders to scale Stripe's future workspaces.

You'll influence from strategy to execution, drive operational excellence, and help optimize space utilization and workplace services while advancing data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in strategy and operations, management consulting, corporate real estate strategy, or a data-driven operational role.
• Strong quantitative skills with a track record of using data to drive complex business cases and macro-level decisions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects from ambiguous conception to rigorous execution.
• Experience working directly within or alongside Workplace or Real Estate teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Workplace in defining SOKRs and ensuring all pillars and cross-functional partners are aligned with the team's roadmap
• Lead cross-functional projects that don't fit neatly into one department. Support M&A integrations
• Identify bottlenecks in our current workflows and design scalable processes to remove them. Design and lead operating cadences and governance forums to ensure speed, clarity, and accountability
• Conduct deep-dive analyses on business metrics to provide the Workplace Leadership Team with actionable recommendations for growth and efficiency. Drive the Workplace AI and data strategy in partnership with our IT Business Partner. Identify and implement innovative Workplace technologies and systems
