Job Summary

Responsible for all aspects of overseeing Workplace Services programs supporting AEP corporate facilities, with significant responsibility for the workplace experience at 1 Riverside Plaza and related corporate locations. Areas of responsibility may include leading and overseeing daily support tasks required to operate corporate dining, café and hospitality, executive dining, printshop and mail services, package management and related program planning.

What You’ll Do

• Provide leadership for delivering program related support services.
• Work with all levels of area management and employees to develop and communicate Workplace services program guidelines that will ensure consistent and reliable services.
• Direct the activities of Workplace programs support staff in the daily operation of various programs’ support tasks.
• Work with procurement for program related contract activity, including requests for proposals, proposal analysis and contract renewals.
• Continuous review of program processes and provide recommendations on improvements based on industry best practices and internal trends and needs.
• Work closely with program supplier partners ensuring accountability for performance, issue resolution, contract compliance, invoice accuracy and a continued high standard of service.
• Provide data related to performance metrics and bench marking to support oversight of assigned programs and provide data related to usage, budget, and tracking as required.

Note: This position is posted to include two grade levels. The minimum qualifications outlined below apply to Workplace Services Program Supervisor, with increased educational, skill or experience requirements for the Workplace Services Program Manager.
