Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.

• Provide leadership for delivering program related support services.
• Work with all levels of area management and employees to develop and communicate Workplace services program guidelines to ensure consistent and reliable services.
• Direct the activities of Workplace programs support staff in the daily operation of various programs’ support tasks.
• Work with procurement for program related contract activity, including requests for proposals, proposal analysis and contract renewals.
• Continuous review of program processes and provide recommendations on improvements based on industry best practices and internal trends and needs.
• Work closely with program supplier partners ensuring accountability for performance, issue resolution, contract compliance, invoice accuracy and a continued high standard of service.
• Provide data related to performance metrics and benchmarking to support oversight of assigned programs and provide data related to usage, budget, and tracking as required.
