Job summary

AEP Service Corporation in Columbus, OH seeks a Workplace Services Program Supervisor/Manager to oversee corporate facilities programs, including dining, café, hospitality, printshop and mail services at 1 Riverside Plaza and nearby locations.

You will lead program staff, coordinate with procurement, monitor contract performance and budget, and develop guidelines that ensure reliable, high-quality workplace services across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Eight years of combined experience in Workplace services operations or related management.
• Preferred qualifications: Sedentary physical demand level.
• Develop understanding of Workplace Program corporate support programs.
• Establish effective communication with internal and external customers around all aspects of the workplace program's function.
• Experience managing programs with emphasis on contract compliance, budget and vendor performance.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong data and analysis skills.
• Strong management skills.
• Ability to work with various levels of Management.
• Strong oral, written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization skills to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for delivering program related support services.
• Work with all levels of area management and employees to develop and communicate Workplace services program guidelines that will ensure consistent and reliable services.
• Direct the activities of Workplace programs support staff in the daily operation of various programs' support tasks.
• Work with procurement for program related contract activity, including requests for proposals, proposal analysis and contract renewals.
• Continuous review of program processes and provide recommendations on improvements based on industry best practices and internal trends and needs.
• Work closely with program supplier partners ensuring accountability for performance, issue resolution, contract compliance, invoice accuracy and a continued high standard of service.
• Provide data related to performance metrics and bench marking to support oversight of assigned programs and provide data related to usage, budget, and tracking as required.
