Descripción del empleo

JLL empowers you to shape a brighter way. Our people at JLL are shaping the future of real estate for a better world by combining world class services, advisory and technology for our clients. We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong. Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.

The Opportunity:

Elevating Everyday Moments to a 10x Standard. World-changing ideas require spaces that function effortlessly. At JLL@Google, our Workplace Services team ensures that the physical environment is never a barrier, but an inspiration. We don't simply keep the lights on or react to work orders; we embrace a 10x hospitality mindset—the belief that genuine care, sharp attention to detail, and anticipating needs before they arise transforms the entire workday. As a Workplace Services Coordinator (WSC), you are the trusted, go-to presence on the floor. You move through our campus with an owner’s mindset, spotting friction before anyone else does and turning routine spaces into vibrant, productive places where Googlers love to work. If you take pride in proactive problem-solving, love being active on campus, and want to deliver hospitality that redefines corporate environments, this is your stage.

What Your Day Looks Like:
  • Proactive Care & Space Readiness Walk the Space with Purpose: Conduct daily floor rounds with a keen eye for detail. You spot the askew whiteboard, the burned-out lamp, or the scuffed wall before anyone needs to submit a ticket.
  • Quick-Action Problem Solving Carry the essentials to fix small things in real time—swapping batteries, replacing cables, touching up surfaces, or resetting furniture—delivering instant resolutions on the spot.
  • Ensure Meeting & Work Readiness Make sure conference rooms, collaborative hubs, and common spaces are reset, fully stocked, tidy, and ready for immediate collaboration every morning and throughout the day.
  • Streamline & Declutter Manage office supply inventories and remove clutter, keeping assigned zones organized, functional, and visually inspiring.
  • Delivering 10x Hospitality & Connection Be the Visible, Trusted Guide: Serve as the friendly face of workplace operations in your zone. Answer questions, guide guests, explain campus amenities, and build warm, authentic rapport with teams on-site. Close the Loop with Empathy: When someone reaches out with a request or an issue, you don’t just close a ticket—you listen, act with urgency, and follow up personally to make sure the resolution exceeded expectations. Foster Campus Community: Help connect occupants to what’s happening—from sharing local neighborhood updates and commuting alerts to coordinating on-site culture pop-ups and supporting workplace events.
  • Operational Flow & Vendor Partnership Own the Request Journey: Log, prioritize, and track maintenance and facility tickets from intake to completion, coordinating closely with facilities managers to keep progress moving seamlessly. Partner with Soft Services: Walk alongside janitorial, event, and specialized vendor partners, reviewing service standards with mutual respect and accountability to ensure spaces consistently shine. Support Special Projects & Events: Assist the Assistant Facilities Management (AFM) team with on-site event logistics, desk moves, and seasonal workplace initiatives.
What You Bring to the Team

Service or Facilities Experience: 2–3 years in customer service, hospitality, corporate workplace services, retail leadership, or property operations.

Proactive Ownership: You naturally notice when things are out of place and feel energized by solving problems and making environments better.

Warm, Clear Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with empathy, clarity, and professionalism in person, via chat, and over email.

Hands‑on Resourcefulness: Comfortable balancing digital task management (work order systems and Google Workspace) with hands‑on, on-the-floor physical troubleshooting.

Active Agility: Enjoy being on your feet and moving throughout the day. Comfortable walking campus grounds, climbing ladders safely, and occasionally lifting or moving supplies up to 20–25 lbs.
