• Must complete Aggression Management Trainer course.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in providing training, teaching, or group facilitation.
• Experience in Healthcare is preferred.
• Requires moderate physical activity.

Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week 1st Shift: 8am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday Location: Outpatient Behavioral Health - On-Site Travel Required to Mahoning Valley Campus 3-4 Times Per Month

Technical Expertise

• Experience in planning, implementing, delivering and evaluating education is required.
• Strong verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent presentation skills and ability to adapt training to diverse learning styles and varying professional backgrounds.
• Strong organizational skills are required.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, education, psychology or related field; or HS diploma/equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience required.
• Must be able to complete Aggression Management Trainer course.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in providing training, teaching, or group facilitation.
• Strong understanding of human behavior, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills.
• Experience in Healthcare is preferred.
