Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist to lead safety programs and advocate for associate wellbeing. You will drive risk assessments, audits, and training to foster a proactive safety culture on a complex, fast-paced operation.

As the safety champion, you’ll collaborate with frontline teams and leadership, translate data into actionable insights, and ensure compliance with OSHA standards while supporting a safe and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in an EHS-related field, or a Bachelor's in an EHS-related field, or 6 months in a safety role within Amazon.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, specifically 29 CFR 1910.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel in a professional setting.
• Experience maintaining confidentiality in security/personnel matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
• Deliver engaging safety training to associates and promote proactive safety culture.
• Serve as a trusted safety advisor to associates and leadership.
• Transform safety data into compelling narratives to drive engagement.
