Hermeus is seeking a contract Workplace Operations Specialist to keep our office running smoothly day to day. You’ll be the onsite point of contact for workplace needs, ensuring the space is organized, stocked, and welcoming for employees and visitors.

This role collaborates with Facilities, IT, Security, People, property management, and vendors to maintain a consistent workplace experience. Schedule is 25 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm, for a six‑month contract.

You'll work closely with Workplace Operations, Facilities, IT, Security, People, property management, and vendors to keep the workplace experience consistent.

Contract Details

• Schedule: 25 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm
• Contract Duration: 6 months initially

The range listed for this role is intended as a general guideline. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including role scope and responsibilities, relevant experience, education and training, key skills, market data, and business needs.
