Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Athletic Training.
• Associates degree as PTA with licensure or Bachelor’s in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 yrs military healthcare experience.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
• BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC.

Responsibilities

• Interface with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create individualized improvement plans.
• Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics, determine risk, and create mitigation plans.
• Perform and document all employee treatments within the workplace with coaching for improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and clinic operations.
• Develop and provide employee health education on wellness and disease prevention topics.

Education

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Athletic Training

Associates degree as a PTA with licensure; or Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science/Athletic Training/Kinesiology/Allied Health; or 2 years experience in a Military healthcare setting

Discipline‑specific license or certification as appropriate
