ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking an Injury Prevention Specialist for Fort Morgan, CO. This full-time role requires developing on-site injury prevention programs, assessing employee health, and coordinating with clients to reduce workplace injuries.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's in Athletic Training or related field.
• Discipline-specific license or certification as appropriate.
• Basic Life Support and AED Certification.
• BOC certified or eligible to sit for BOC preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Interfacing with office and industrial clients to assess employee health status and create an individualized improvement plan.
• Observe employee work performance to assess body mechanics, risk, and mitigation plan.
• Perform and document employee treatments with coaching for continuous improvement.
• Understand OSHA recordkeeping rules as they pertain to first aid (29 CFR 1904.7).
• Address discomfort through education and job-specific coaching to prevent injuries.
• Assist with medical surveillance testing and wellness education for employees.

Educación

Bachelor's or Master’s in Athletic Training

Alternative: PTA with licensure or related degree
