Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in exercise prescription and fitness assessment.
- ACSM-CEP certification preferred and OSHA/ergonomics familiarity is a plus.
- Current BLS certification and knowledge of privacy regulations (HIPAA).
- Strong communication and ability to train diverse groups.
Responsibilities
- Develops and delivers health-related fitness and therapeutic exercise services.
- Administers work capacity evaluations and ergonomic hazard reporting.
- Provides education, training, and program evaluation across site employees.
- Communicates program details to management, employees, and clinicians.
- Maintains documentation, program quality, and regulatory compliance.
