Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in exercise prescription and fitness assessment.
• Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider certification.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, GINA and Privacy Act requirements.
• Ability to perform work-capacity, musculoskeletal and ergonomic assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers fitness and therapeutic exercise services.
• Administers work capacity evaluations and testing.
• Provides ergonomic guidance and health education to employees.
• Coordinates with clinical staff for continuity of care.
• Maintains program records and ensures policy compliance.
