Job summary

SPS is seeking a dynamic Workplace Experience Supervisor to lead a team of four Concierge Associates in delivering an elevated, five-star workplace across our Minneapolis corporate office.

As the operational leader for concierge services, workplace presentation, events, and facilities, you will serve as the main contact for employees, executives, clients, and vendors, shaping everyday experiences with hospitality and precision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, concierge services, event management, or facilities coordination.
  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with workplace ticketing or room reservation software preferred.

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and schedule four Concierge Associates; set service standards and manage daily operations.
  • Front-of-House Hospitality: Oversee concierge operations, support executive visits and VIP engagements, enhance employee experience.
  • Events & Meetings: Plan and execute corporate events, client functions, and internal activities; manage master calendar, logistics, catering, AV, on-site support.
  • Conference Room Operations: Ensure meeting room readiness and layout configurations; partner with IT on AV needs.
  • Catering & Pantry: Coordinate catering orders and setups; oversee pantry operations for welcoming break spaces.
  • Facility Coordination: Conduct floor walks, coordinate with facilities/vendors, and resolve maintenance tickets.

Lead a Premier Workplace Experience

We are seeking a dynamic, hospitality-driven professional to join our team as Workplace Experience Supervisor. In this role, you will lead a team of four Concierge Associates in delivering an elevated, five-star workplace environment across our corporate office.

As the key operational leader across concierge services, workplace presentation, event execution, and facilities coordination, you will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, executives, clients, and vendors. This role is ideal for an experienced hospitality or corporate operations professional who excels at team leadership and creating seamless, high-touch workplace experiences.

What You’ll Do
  • Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and schedule four Concierge Associates; set best-in-class service standards, manage daily operations, and act as the escalation point for service needs.
  • Front-of-House Hospitality: Oversee daily concierge operations, support executive visits and VIP engagements, and innovate ways to enhance employee experience.
  • Events & Meetings: Plan and execute corporate events, client functions, and internal activities; manage the master calendar and lead end-to-end logistics including setup, catering, AV, and on-site support.
  • Conference Room Operations: Oversee meeting room readiness, layout reconfigurations (boardroom, theater, collaborative), and daily inspections; partner with IT on AV needs.
  • Catering & Pantry: Coordinate catering orders, vendor logistics, and setups; oversee pantry operations to maintain clean, fully stocked, and welcoming break spaces.
  • Facility Coordination: Perform floor walks to enforce presentation and safety standards; partner with facilities, building management, and vendors to submit and resolve maintenance tickets.
  • Inventory & Operations: Manage stock levels and reordering for office supplies, pantry products, and event materials; track operational metrics and event logs.

Qualifications

  • Previous supervisory or team leadership experience required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams); experience with workplace ticketing or room reservation software preferred.
  • Dependable, punctual, and highly professional.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move throughout reception, common areas, and conference centers during the workday.
  • Ability to assist with light event logistics, room setups, and inventory stocking.
  • Comfortable in a highly visible, guest-facing environment.
Compensation

The expected compensation is an estimate, and the final offer will depend on skills, experience, location, and other job-related factors.
