Mercury is seeking an in-office Workplace Experience Specialist for our New York City hub. You will own the day-to-day office experience, manage space operations, and ensure a welcoming environment that reflects Mercury’s design and culture.
You will coordinate monthly events, partner with People/IT/Finance, and keep desks, AV, and access systems running smoothly. This role is in-office Mon–Fri with some remote time and requires a can-do, service-oriented mindset.
This is an in-office position, where you are expected to be in the office 5 days a week, from 9:00am - 5:00pm, with 2 days a month remote.
the company is looking for a Workplace Experience Specialist to bring our culture to life in our New York office through the operations of daily life in the space. This role owns the day-to-day office experience for our NYC team, ensuring that the environment people walk into each day reflects the company's thoughtful approach to design, quality, and connection. Our offices are where teams build relationships, solve difficult problems together, and experience the culture that makes working here meaningful.
In addition to running the daily experience, this role will support the cultural moments that punctuate the year: monthly office events, onsites hosted in NYC, and annual celebrations. You'll join a team that creates thoughtful, memorable moments for our employees with the same care we put into our products, and you'll partner closely with the broader People team, IT, and Finance on the larger operational pieces. Because our team is lean, your impact will be immediate — you'll set the tone for how the company's New York hub feels to the people in it.
