About The Role

As a CBRE Receptionist, you willprovide administrative tasks to a department or office. This includes greetingvisitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and other duties.

This job is part of the WorkplaceExperience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customerservice to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive and direct incomingcalls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
  • Greet clients, applicants, andvisitors upon arrival. Issue visitor passes and parking validations and followsecurity protocols.
  • Schedule and prepare meeting andconference rooms. This includes room setup, placing catering orders, andsecuring technological equipment. Request building and housekeeping services asneeded.
  • Perform general clerical dutiesincluding distributing office faxes and packages and ordering office supplies.
  • Track incoming and outgoingpackages, mail, and freight. Arrange messenger service as needed. Arrangehospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations,etc.
  • Use existing procedures to solvestraightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercisediscretion.
  • Impact through clearly definedduties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
  • Deliver own output by followingdefined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED withup to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic workroutines and standards in the application of work.
  • Communication skills to exchangestraightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Strong organizational skillswith an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
  • Applicants must be currentlyauthorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorshipnow or in the future.
