About The Role

As a CBRE Workplace Experience Receptionist, you will deliver exceptional workplace experience and hospitality services to building occupants.


This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional workplace environments and hospitality services for clients.


What You’ll Do


  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and providing a welcoming workplace experience.

  • Manage the reception desk including answering calls, directing inquiries, and managing visitor registration.

  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide support for internal and external events.

  • Maintain the reception area and common spaces to a high standard of presentation.

  • Process deliveries, manage incoming mail, and coordinate messenger services.

  • Provide administrative support to the workplace experience team.

  • Follows basic work routines and standards in application of work

  • Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems; has limited opportunity to exercise discretion

  • Impact through clearly defined duties, and methods and tasks are described in detail

  • Uses communication skills to exchange straightforward information

  • No formal supervisory responsibilities.

What You’ll Need


  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.

  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

  • Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $54,000 annually [or $25.96 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Workplace Experience Receptionist position is $55,000 annually [or $26.44 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
