The Adventure Ahead

As our Workplace Experience Manager in Paris, you will be the heartbeat of our office, transforming ordinary workdays into vibrant, hospitality-driven experiences. You’ll take full ownership of building a thriving local community, executing memorable events, and ensuring our facilities run like a well-oiled machine. By adapting global initiatives to fit our unique Parisian flair, you’ll directly shape our culture and create an energizing environment where top talent loves to gather, collaborate, and thrive.

The Day-to-Day
  • Lead the Experience: Elevate daily office operations and spearhead a warm, polished, hospitality-driven environment for all employees, visitors, candidates, and customers.
  • Curate the Culture: Own the local engagement calendar from concept to execution, crafting memorable themed events, social activities, cultural celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
  • Master the Operations: Manage facilities, vendor relationships, repairs, supplies, cleaning, food and beverage, security, access, and floor plan management seamlessly.
  • Build Strong Alliances: Cultivate meaningful relationships with local employees, leadership, landlords, building management, and cross-functional global partners.
  • Drive Strategic Growth: Oversee the workplace budget, purchase orders, and spending forecasting while supporting office projects, space planning, tech rollouts, and branding installations.
  • Listen and Evolve: Gather employee feedback continuously to identify high-impact opportunities and adapt global workplace programs to reflect the true spirit of Paris.
Your Superpowers
  • Proven Track Record: Brings 5+ years of experience successfully managing workplace operations, facilities, hospitality, or employee experience independently.
  • Event Mastery: Possesses hands‑on expertise in conceptualizing, budgeting, and hosting high-quality, creative, and engaging community events.
  • Operational Excellence: Demonstrates strong skills in vendor management, budget forecasting, space planning, and facilities logistics.
  • Bilingual Communication: Speaks and writes with professional fluency in both French and English to effortlessly bridge global and local teams.
  • Proactive Problem‑Solver: Takes complete ownership with energy, adaptability, excellent organization, and a true passion for bringing people together.
