Job Title

Workplace Experience Manager

Job Description Summary

The Experience Manager will be a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the client. This individual will support the creation of a workplace experience program that leverages technology, design, amenities, and services to enhance employee engagement and retention, ensuring a productive, healthy, and happy environment.

Responsibilities include using employee data to develop and implement impactful workplace programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, positive, communicative, and capable of supporting facilities management in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage approximately four Workplace Coordinators, overseeing schedules, guidance, and performance expectations.
  2. Serve as the escalation point for team issues and ensure timely resolution.
  3. Coordinate with Facilities Management, Janitorial, Design, and other teams to deliver exceptional employee experiences.
  4. Gather and share Voice of the Customer data to inform service improvements.
  5. Lead hospitality training for onsite teams to ensure courteous and efficient service.
  6. Implement standards and best practices for workplace experience.
  7. Identify and execute innovations to improve service delivery.
  8. Develop tactical plans for workplace amenities based on strategic data.
  9. Ensure workspaces are ready and maintained according to guidelines.
  10. Proactively address maintenance issues and ensure a first-issue resolution approach.
  11. Address employee feedback and ensure follow-up actions.
  12. Provide high-level service to executives and stakeholders.
  13. Articulate program goals through storytelling and data-driven insights.
  14. Develop case studies demonstrating ROI and impact.
  15. Represent the company professionally and foster workplace connections.
  16. Achieve KPIs related to employee experience and satisfaction.
  17. Occasionally travel for projects and reviews.

Qualifications

Work Environment

Professional office setting with travel as needed. Standard office equipment used regularly.

Physical Demands

Travel between buildings and outdoor conditions may be required. Prolonged sitting or standing may be necessary.

This role may involve additional duties as assigned and regional modifications to responsibilities. Compensation ranges from $100,300 to $118,000 depending on various factors.
