Job description

At Beyond Reach Labs, we are designing and building the largest deployable structures ever flown to space. As a small team taking on ambitious engineering challenges, every person has a direct impact on our success.

Building revolutionary technology requires more than great engineers. It requires a company that operates smoothly, moves quickly, and stays focused on what matters most. As the Workplace Experience Manager, you will help make that happen.

This is a highly varied role working across every part of the business. You will support the founders, help run the company's day-to-day operations, coordinate projects and events, manage office activities, and solve the countless challenges that arise in a fast-growing startup.

No two days will look the same. One day you may be coordinating an important customer visit, the next organizing a team offsite, helping onboard a new employee, managing suppliers, or supporting the founders with a critical business priority.

This role is ideal for a bright, ambitious, and highly organized individual who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants exposure to every aspect of building a company.

The Role

We're looking for someone who is proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership. You'll be a trusted member of the team, helping the company stay organized and operate effectively as we grow.

You'll have significant responsibility from day one and will be encouraged to identify problems, propose solutions, and improve how we work. We care more about attitude, curiosity, and initiative than a perfectly polished CV.
