Job summary

Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) seeks a Full Time Chaplain in Sarasota, FL to provide Christ-centered chaplain care and catalyze ministry growth within client companies. Expect about 50% on-site care and 50% outreach to establish new relationships, with travel regionally as needed.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in chaplaincy, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills; seminary or chaplain certification is a plus. Salary ranges from USD 55,000 to 57,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Mature, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and alignment with CCA’s faith policy.
• Minimum 3 years of pastoral or chaplaincy experience.
• Strong relational and presentation skills across diverse workplaces.
• Demonstrated ability to engage organizational leaders.

Responsibilities

• Chaplaincy Care: build confidential relationships, provide spiritual counsel, and be on-call for emergencies.
• Growth & Field Development: identify prospects, network with business leaders, and support client expansion.
