Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three to four years of retail banking experience with direct customer contact.
• Strong PC skills with an emphasis on Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member growth by direct engagement with members and prospective members at events and via phone/email.
• Assist in sales/marketing strategies to increase memberships and product uptake.
• Coordinate onsite and virtual outreach activities.
• Maintain CRM database and provide sales/projection reports.
• Provide informed recommendations and customized solutions for members.
