You’ll be surrounded by teammates who care deeply, challenge each other, and celebrate wins. With tools that amplify your impact and a culture that backs your ambition, you won’t just contribute. You’ll make things happen–fast. ZoomInfo is seeking a hands‑on, systems‑first Manager, Workplace Experience and Facilities. Reporting to the Head of Global Real Estate, Workplace and Security (GREWS), you will partner closely with this leader to translate global workplace and security strategy into consistent, high‑quality execution across North American hubs. This role sits at the intersection of facilities management, physical security, and employee experience - accountable for building a scalable, consistent operating model across all North American sites, while tailoring the on‑the‑ground experience to the unique culture and needs of the hub locations. You will lead a distributed team across three primary locations. You and your team own day‑to‑day operations spanning preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, fire life safety, access control, employee recognition, and onsite events. This role is ideal for someone who has scaled facilities and workplace programs in a high‑growth environment, has technical facilities knowledge, and who brings a people‑first mindset to both team and stakeholder management.

What You’ll Do:
  • Facilities and Physical Security: Build upon established facilities management programs, ensuring operational excellence at every site.
  • Own preventative maintenance, vendor management, and moves/adds/changes (MACs) at hub sites, ensuring accuracy of space management software and seating assignments.
  • Manage internal ticketing system, ensuring team response time meets SLAs.
  • Manage a seven figure OpEx budget, including forecasting, quarterly reconciliations, and cost optimization.
  • Support quarterly ESG data collection and sustainability initiatives across sites.
  • Refine existing physical security program, including ownership of visitor management software and coordinating with building security.
  • Manage access control and badging systems, including key card provisioning, deactivation, and audits.
  • Maintain emergency response plans, run fire life safety drills, and develop onsite safety/emergency response teams (ERTs) in each location.
  • Deliver a scalable People Experience Events program - including employee events, team offsite logistics and more - bespoke to each site while operating from a shared budget and execution playbook.
  • Manage the Food & Beverage program in hub sites.
  • Responsible for budget management and ensuring vendor service levels are met.
  • Administer the company’s employee recognition platform, including budget management and utilization metrics.
  • Partner with local site leaders to ensure programs and experiences reflect ZoomInfo culture.
  • Directly manage a team of four across three locations, empowering them to execute day‑to‑day operational work while setting clear goals, providing growth opportunities, and building team capability.
  • Partner closely with the Head of GREWS to align regional execution with global strategy, escalating risks and surfacing opportunities for program improvement.
  • Communicate proactively and clearly across all levels of the organization, translating operational plans into employee‑facing communications.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
