Job summary

Molded Dimensions is seeking a Working Lead for the 3rd shift to supervise the production floor, provide hands‑on support, and drive quality and efficiency. You will lead the team, coordinate daily staffing, and mentor new hires to uphold safety and high standards.

The role includes mold setup and troubleshooting, with a focus on reducing downtime and scrap while maintaining strong communication across the shift. 3rd shift hours are 9pm–5am; leadership hours may vary.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Injection molding experience or a strong understanding of manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to work within IQMS and other systems.
• Ability to become forklift certified.

Responsibilities

3rd shift hours: 9pm – 5am (Lead position hours vary to start up shift Sunday nights)

Position Summary
