Job summary

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety procedures are followed and actively improve our safety program.
• Ensure quality procedures are followed and actively improve our quality program.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment (5S).
• Complete visual inspections on products each shift.
• Train, coach, and support the mold techs to ensure SMED is being utilized.
• Schedule and maintain production boards for the molding department.
• Address molding barriers promptly and communicate between shifts.
• Identify non-conforming products and take corrective action.
• Promote continuous improvement and a positive work environment.
• Perform other tasks to meet company goals as directed.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all safety procedures are followed and actively works to improve our safety program.
• Ensures all quality procedures are followed and actively works to improve our quality program.
• Follows all procedures & work instructions.
• Works to maintain a clean & organized working environment (5s).
• Completes visual inspection on products through the shift.
• Trains, coaches, and supports the mold techs to ensure SMED is being utilized.
• Schedules and maintains production and visual management boards for the molding department.
• Addresses molding barriers promptly.
• Works directly with other departments within the plant.
• Encourages continuous improvement of culture.
• Identifies and addresses non‑conforming products.
• Is responsible for clear and consistent communication between shifts.
• Assists in modification of existing procedures.
• Creates new standardized work procedures.
• Encourages and promotes a positive work environment.
• Performs any other tasks required to ensure the Company goals are met as directed.
